🌍 Delivery Areas

Currently, we only ship to countries in Europe.
Deliveries are made through reliable carriers to ensure you receive your order safely and on time.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

FedEx → Orders shipped directly from the supplier to all countries in Europe (except the United Kingdom).
• DHL → Exclusively for the United Kingdom.
• CTT → When we have stock available in Portugal, deliveries are made from our local warehouse.

⏱️ Average delivery times:

• Europe: 5 to 7 business days (direct shipping from supplier).
• Mainland Portugal and Islands: 1 to 2 business days (when shipped from Portugal).
• Europe (from stock in Portugal): up to 3 business days.

💡 Some products may have a processing time of 5 to 10 business days, as they are made to order.
This information will always be available in the "Shipping" section at the bottom of your shopping cart.


⏳ Order Processing

Each order goes through an internal processing phase, where we confirm payment, prepare the order, and send it to the supplier or warehouse.
Processing and shipping times may be slightly longer in specific cases, such as:
• Incorrect or incomplete address information;
• Difficulty in delivery by the carrier;
• Adverse weather conditions, holidays, COVID policies, or other unforeseen logistical events.

In these situations, we will always contact you within a maximum of 24 hours to update you on the status of your order.

💰 Taxes & Customer Responsibilities

• Currently, shipped orders are not subject to additional fees or taxes.
• If the order is returned to sender due to buyer error (e.g., incorrect address or absence at the delivery location), the cost of resending will be the customer's responsibility.
• The same applies in cases of order cancellation after shipment or return for personal reasons.


📦 Reception & Deliveries

Shipping companies only make deliveries on weekdays.
To ensure safe and timely delivery:
• Make sure your cell phone is turned on, as the distributor may contact you before delivery.
• Some orders may require a signature to confirm receipt.

If the package is delivered to the indicated address and signed for by someone, we consider the order complete.
Nadya's Hair is not responsible for losses or thefts after delivery.
Therefore, make sure that you or someone you trust will be available to receive your order. 💌
