At Nadya's Hair, we believe in transparency and respect for our clients.
We know that buying online requires trust — that's why we do everything we can to ensure you receive exactly what you expect.
However, if something doesn't go as planned, here's everything you need to know about our return and refund process. 💌


💖 Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving the product .
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:
• Unused, in perfect condition;
• In the original packaging, with labels intact.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and confirm the product's status, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.


💎 Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

If, for any reason, the product arrives damaged or defective, we are here to resolve it quickly.
In these cases, we ask that you send us:
• Clear photos of the product;
• Order number;
• A brief description of the problem.

After analysis, if it is confirmed that the defect occurred due to an error on our part or the supplier's, a full refund will be issued.
If you prefer to return the product, Nadya's Hair will cover the shipping costs.


Deadlines for Complaints

We recommend that you contact us as soon as you receive your order if you notice any defects.
The ideal and fair timeframe — for both you and the brand — is up to 7 business days after delivery to report any problems.
This period allows for the rapid identification of shipping, transport, or quality issues without compromising the refund process.
