Payments are processed securely through Viva Wallet, which accepts various methods, including bank card and payment in 3 installments via Klarna.
No credit card information is stored or visible by Nadya's Hair.
All orders are subject to payment confirmation before shipment.

Our delivery policies follow average timeframes of 5 to 7 business days for Europe.
The shipping companies used are FedEx, DHL, and CTT, depending on the product's origin.

We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery.
In the event of a damaged product or an error on our part, a refund will be issued after analysis.
